STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
Terms and Conditions of Good Dog Happy Owner Dog Training, LLC.
- Waiver of Standard Terms and Conditions: The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, regardless of their timing in relation to these terms of sale. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed to in advance and in writing to be valid.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are payable before the training session starts, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order. Non-payment by the due date gives Good Dog Happy Owner Dog Training, LLC. the right to cancel any upcoming training sessions. Services may be suspended without prior notice in case of non-payment.
- Performance of Services: Good Dog Happy Owner Dog Training, LLC. agrees to provide services promptly and in accordance with agreed-upon timeframes to the best of its ability. However, no obligations imply a guarantee of specific results.
- Third-Party Claims: Good Dog Happy Owner Dog Training, LLC. cannot be compelled by the client to intervene as a third party in any consumer claims for damages.
- Notification of Claims: Claims must be communicated to Good Dog Happy Owner Dog Training, LLC. in writing via registered mail to its registered office within 8 days of goods delivery or service provision to be admissible.
- Governing Law: All contractual relations are exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States.
